Foundation giving
The Ardent Africa Foundation and its zero-fee donation path.
The Ardent Africa Foundation (ardentafrica.org) is the charity arm of the platform. While public crowdfunding is being rolled out, the Foundation is the main public fundraiser.
Zero platform fee
Donations to the Foundation carry no platform fee. The full amount you give goes to the Foundation's work. This is different from ordinary campaigns, where a small platform and processing fee applies.
How to give
- Open a Foundation campaign or the Foundation giving page.
- Choose an amount and a payment method.
- Complete the secure checkout.
You can give as a guest or while signed in. Dedications and fee cover work the same way as ordinary donations (see donating).
Why the Foundation leads fundraising for now
Public crowdfunding in the region is gated while the right approvals are in place. The Foundation is the trusted entity that fundraises publicly during this period, so your giving is safe and accountable.
