Create a public company profile, post roles, and find candidates on Ardent Africa.
Hiring on Ardent is for organisation accounts — NGO/charity and corporate (company) accounts. Your existing organisation profile is your company page, so there's nothing extra to set up.
Use your organisation account
- Sign in with your NGO/charity or corporate account (or register one).
- Open Jobs → Post a job — your verified organisation profile becomes your public company page automatically.
- Your whole team can manage hiring: anyone on your organisation's team can post and review roles.
Individual (personal) accounts can't post jobs — they're for job seekers. If you need to hire, switch to or create an organisation account.
Post a role
- From your company profile, create a job posting: title, description, responsibilities, requirements, skills, location, workplace type, and salary (you can keep salary private).
- Choose whether candidates apply on Ardent or on your own site.
- Publish.
Your first posting is reviewed
To keep the board trustworthy, your very first posting is checked by our team before it goes live. After that, your postings publish straight away.
Find candidates
Browse the talent directory to discover professionals by role, skill, and location, and review their full profiles — experience, education, projects, and skills — to find the right fit.
Posting is free
Posting jobs and browsing candidates are free. If Ardent is useful to you, you can leave an optional tip to help keep the service running for everyone — but nothing about hiring requires payment.
