Getting started
Create an Ardent Africa account and learn your way around the platform.
Ardent Africa helps people across Africa raise money for causes, sign petitions, and support the Ardent Africa Foundation. You can browse and donate without an account, but signing up unlocks profiles, achievements, and saved activity.
Create an account
- Go to ardent.africa and choose Sign up.
- Enter your email and a password, or continue with a supported provider.
- Confirm your email if prompted.
- Choose your account type (see account types).
Find your way around
- Campaigns: fundraising causes you can donate to.
- Petitions: causes you can sign and share.
- Foundation: the charity arm, with zero platform fees on donations.
- Your profile: your activity, achievements, and settings.
What you can do without an account
- Browse and search across campaigns, petitions, events, jobs, the marketplace, and businesses.
- Donate to a campaign as a guest.
- Read blog posts and updates.
What an account adds
- A public supporter profile (optional).
- Achievements for your activity.
- Notifications, and a dashboard that keeps your activity in one place: donations, the petitions you signed, event tickets, marketplace bookings, volunteering and the reviews you wrote.
Tip
You can always donate as a guest. Creating an account simply keeps your support in one place.
