Manage your business listing

Add opening hours, services, photos, attributes, verification badges, and more to your Ardent Reviews listing.

Once you have claimed your listing, you can turn it into a full profile so customers find you, know when you are open, and see what you offer. Open Business profiles in your dashboard sidebar and pick the listing to edit everything below. A completeness meter shows what is still missing.

From your phone

The Ardent app now does the parts you need while you are actually at work: your opening hours, holidays and one-off closures, what you offer and what it costs, photos, the questions people have asked you, your common questions, what people can expect (parking, card payments, access), and posting an update when something changes.

Claiming a listing, verification and invitation batches are still done on the website.

Opening hours

Set the days and times you are open. You can:

  • Add more than one time range in a day for split shifts (for example 8:00 to 13:00, then 16:00 to 20:00).
  • Mark a day as open 24 hours, or closed.
  • Add special hours for holidays or one-off closures, which replace your regular hours for that date.

Your listing then shows an Open now or Closes soon indicator, calculated in Ghana time. If your hours are informal, choose "no fixed hours" or "by appointment" and add a short note like "call ahead" instead.

Services and products

List what you offer, grouped into sections. Each item can have a name, description, photo, and an optional price shown as a fixed price, a "from" price, or a range. Prices are for information only. If your business is also on the Ardent marketplace, you can import those listings as services in a couple of clicks.

Attributes

Turn on the chips that apply to you: which payment methods you accept (including MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AT Money), accessibility features, amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a standby generator, or parking, and service options like delivery or pickup. Only you can set self-declared identity chips such as women-owned.

Photos, FAQs, and updates

Upload a gallery of photos (logo, cover, interior, products, team, and more), add answers to frequently asked questions, and post updates, offers, or events that appear on your page.

Your listing has a profile and a timeline

Your listing also has an Ardent profile at its own handle, where its posts appear alongside the rest of the platform. Anything you post there shows on your listing page as well, so you write it once. Updates and offers stay where they are: they are your own noticeboard on the listing, and they are not the same thing as posting.

Questions from customers

Anyone can ask a public question on your listing. You will be notified, and your answer shows an Owner badge so customers know it is from you.

Verification badges

Open the Verification tab to earn a Verified badge:

  • Verify your email with a one-time code.
  • Verify your website by adding a short TXT record to its DNS.
  • Submit your business registration, TIN, or Ghana Card for our team to review.

Visitors can expand the badge to see exactly which details were confirmed. Your documents are stored privately and are never shown publicly.

Prices carry no payment

Everything on your listing is information only. Ardent Reviews never processes payments; customers contact or pay you through your own channels.

Someone else's listing is wrong

Anyone can select Suggest an edit on a listing to propose a correction (a new phone number, website, address, Ghana Post GPS, or a "permanently closed" status). You can do this without an account by leaving an email. Suggestions go to our team before anything changes.
