The marketplace is where you find people offering services and goods. You can browse, ask questions, and book — all from the listing.
Find a service
- Open the marketplace on ardent.africa.
- Search by keyword, or filter by category, location, and type (service or goods).
- Open a listing to see packages, prices, portfolio, reviews, and ratings.
- Tap the heart to favourite a listing and come back to it later.
Enquire before you book
Not sure about the details? Send an enquiry from the listing to ask the provider questions first. Your messages stay in one thread so the conversation is easy to follow.
Book a service
- On the listing, choose a package (if the provider offers them) and request a booking.
- The provider receives your request and accepts or declines it.
- Once accepted, you and the provider arrange the details directly.
Confirm the outcome
After the booking, both you and the provider can confirm what happened — whether the service was delivered and whether payment was made. This two-sided confirmation builds trust on the platform and helps future buyers. You can also leave a review and a rating.
How payment works
Ardent Africa does not take or hold marketplace payments. You arrange payment directly with the provider in whatever way you both agree. The confirmation step afterwards is just a record of what happened — it does not move any money.
