Claim your listing on Ardent Reviews
Verify that you represent a business, school, hospital, or NGO so you can respond to reviews and manage its page.
If your organization appears on Ardent Reviews, whether you added it yourself or someone else did, you can claim the listing to respond to reviews and manage how it appears.
If your organization is not listed yet
Search Ardent Reviews first, since somebody may have added it already. If it genuinely is not there, you can add it and claim it in one step:
- From Ardent Reviews, choose Add a business.
- Fill in the details, and attach the same two documents a claim needs: a personal ID, and proof that you represent the organization.
- Submit. The listing is created and claimed together, so you are not left waiting to claim something you just added.
It stays private until a reviewer approves it. A new listing is not visible to anyone else while it is pending, so an unapproved entry cannot collect reviews or appear in search. That is enforced by the platform rather than by each page remembering to hide it.
The web address is generated from the name by us rather than chosen by you. That is deliberate: it stops somebody claiming a memorable address for an organization they do not represent.
Submit a claim
- Open your organization's listing and select Claim this listing.
- Tell us your role (owner, registrar, HR manager, etc.).
- Upload two documents: a personal ID, and proof that you represent the organization (a letterhead, business certificate, or appointment letter works well).
- Submit. Our team reviews claims by hand, so it may take a day or two.
Why the review step?
Verifying who represents an organization protects both reviewers and the entities they review. It also means only a genuinely authorized person can respond to reviews on your organization's behalf.
Once you're approved
- You and your team can respond publicly to any review, once.
- Business profiles in your dashboard shows your TrustScore, response rate, and every review.
- You can choose whether your TrustScore appears on your organization's other Ardent pages (fundraising, petitions, marketplace). It's off by default, so you decide when and where it shows.
If your organization is a registered NGO, charity, or company already on Ardent Africa, claiming your review listing links it to that same account, so your reputation travels with your existing profile instead of starting from zero.
