Check the live status of the Ardent Africa platform and subscribe to updates.
Ardent Africa publishes a live status page so you can see whether the platform is healthy, view current incidents, and read the history of past issues.
The status page
Visit status.ardent.africa. It shows:
- An overall status banner (all systems operational, partial degradation, or outage).
- Each service with its current state and a 90-day uptime history.
- Any active incidents, with a timeline of updates.
- Upcoming and in-progress scheduled maintenance.
The page updates in real time, so you do not need to refresh during an incident.
Subscribe to updates
Enter your email on the status page and confirm via the link we send you. You will then receive an email whenever an incident is opened, updated, or resolved. Every notification includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Past incidents
The incident history page lists resolved incidents with their full timelines.

Three machine-readable endpoints are available:
